Supporting Minnesota's Foster Families Via Tacos

We recently had the absolute delight of hosting a charity dinner in support of Compassion Connection, an organization that provides resources for foster families in Sherburne county. They are seriously so awesome. We've gotten to cook for their Christmas parties the last few years, but hosting Dinner on the Deck with them was extra special.
We went a little crazy with the theme this time around, inspired by our recent trip to France. The front of the house was our fancy “Air France” experience and the back deck was an explosion of color for our Mexican themed dinner. (As William said, it was a “Mullet Party”—business it the front, party in the back.) It could not have been more fun!
 
All in all, that dinner raised $5,000. Thank you to our friends at REMAX Results for being so generous in their support. And of course, thank you to Compassion Connection for the work they do in our community!
